Several months ago, we at the Royal Vandal Academy started a Bloomsday project that entailed creating a print for each of the 18 sections of Ulysses. We chose the passages that were beautiful, bizarre, striking, and significant – and went to work. What resulted was a visual odyssey through the novel, from the fallout of Dedalus and Mulligan to the fantasies and remembrances of Molly. Below are the images that we produced.
